注意事项
1. 继电器带载时产生的热量依靠金属外壳散热,应在继电器外壳周围留有良好的散热环境;若继电器周围散 热条件比较恶劣,则继电器的实际载流能力应参考“负载电流与环境温度曲线”,安装位置应远离有热辐射 的物体;
2. 本继电器的控制端是有极性的,因此接线时应按接线图的标示操作,保证极性正确,否则会损坏产品;
3. 尽量避免使用跌落过的产品;
4. 产品安装时应远离电磁干扰、射频干扰源,以防止产品误动作;
5. 不要让杂物和油污沾到主引出端上,且外接线端子应与产品的主引出端可靠接触,否则有可能会造成引出 端发热严重。同时与产品相连接的引线必须达到应有的导电能力,防止发生过热,影响寿命;
6. 固态继电器开路且负载端有电压时,输出端会有一定的漏电流:≤50pA (额定电压情况下),在使用或设 计时应注意;
7. 避免长时低电压工作(7.5VDC以下),如果电压过低内部芯片导通电路无法100%接通,载流时芯片发热加剧,影响继电器寿命;
